A full-service marketing firm located in Atlanta (West-Midtown) is looking for an administrative assistant to handle clerical duties for the office, as well as execute select copy-writing projects. Interest in marketing or sales a plus.
Who We Are Looking For
Duties include clerical, receptionist and project based client work, with a main focus on content writing projects. The ideal person will project a professional company image though in-person and phone interaction, as well as dress and demeanor. We are looking for an energetic, articulate and dedicated person to join our team. The team member should be able to accept and complete any task efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
The Admin/ Content Writer will help in the day-to-day activities in the office. The responsibilities of the Admin/ Content Writer include, but are not limited to, the following:
Online copywriting projects for clients
Updating social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Performing general clerical duties, including: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Signing for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
Researching and purchasing office furniture and supplies
Coordinating and maintaining records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
Taking detailed notes during meetings and distributing notes to appropriate staff members
Managing calendars for the CEO, VP of Marketing and other executives
Supporting staff in assigned project based work
Other duties as assigned.
Provide office orientation for new employees.
Performing other tasks as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
Willingness to take on any task
Strong writing skills
